The Denver Fair offers space each year to vendors who wish to participate in our Fair! We welcome businesses and organizations both near and far to come spend the week with us as we welcome nearly 40,000 visitors to the fairgrounds during our 5-day event.

Reach thousands of fairgoers who stroll the Midway each and every night of the event through the exhibit space available in the midway between rides, games and entertainment. Spaces are available in variable sizes starting at 10’x10′, and can be expanded to accommodate larger displays and exhibits as well.

If you or your business/organization is interested in becoming a vendor at the Fair, please email president@thedenverfair.com with the following information:

• Business Type (for-profit, non-profit, other)
• Description of business or group, as well as products/services you plan to exhibit
• Type of exhibit space interested in (commercial, food vendor, products vendor)
• Any additional questions, comments or requests.

The exhibits committee will contact you regarding availability, cost, and other requirements. We ask that only vendors who are serious about exhibiting for the entire week of the Fair contact the committee.
